Founded Watervein in 2002 with other founding menbers and had served as Exec Partner untill Aug 2017.

Appointed as Business Promotor at MEXT's START program from 2013 to 2018, the new Goverment system for technology incubation. Also currently teaches "Biotech Startup" at Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, University of Tokyo. 

Joined CSK Venture Capital in 1996. In charge of incubation investment for university spin-off in lifescience area.  Oncotherapy Science (IPO, 2003), ECI (IPO, 2005).

Since 2003 to 2008, serverd entrepreneur education as an Adjunct Professor at Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, The University of Tokyo.

Graduated University of Tokyo Dept. of Engineering(BE), Michigan University (MS in Has), New York University (MBA).
